Sweet Aromatic Sharp Leaf Celtuce is a variety of lettuce with a swollen crisp fleshy stem and narrow sharp leaves. This stem lettuce is an annual which tolerates a wide range of temperature. Highly aromatic! Vigorous growth. The plants are peeled and thinly sliced before being stir-fried. The hearts may also be eaten like Cos lettuce.
