Ingredients:
2 cups boiling hot water
15 pcs of dried butterfly pea flower
fresh lemon juice from 1 medium lemon honey or sugar to taste ice
Method:
1. Add the dried flowers to hot water and cover.
2. Allow tea to seep a few minutes until water turns a deep shade of blue. You can leave the tea leaves in or remove.
3. Stir in lemon juice and add sugar or honey to taste.
4. Serve over ice.
